What I like most about “The Vegan System” is its easy to use format. It can be a wonderful guide for those transitioning to vegetarianism or those aiming to advance to veganism. The first recipe I made was the “Basic Homemade Seitan” which was very easy to follow. It’s also helpful for very busy eaters who can’t prepare meals via the ‘scenic route’ and may want to rely more on pre-packaged ingredients.
