Vegan Lamb Vindaloo by Vegetarian Plus (VegeUSA®)
Vegetarian Plus' Vegan Lamb Vindaloo is another great "Straight-Outta-The-Box" recipe from our cookbook, The Vegan System that we highly recommend. No need to "mess with it" to get it right - even the spices are perfect! Serve over rice and in less than 15 minutes and you'll have a delicious vegan meal on the table!
Preparation and Assembly Time: 5 minutes (if rice is already cooked)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 - 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 packages (10.5 oz ea.) Vegan Lamb Vindaloo by Vegetarian Plus (VegeUSA®) - thawed if frozen
2 - 3 cups cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
Remove the Vegan Lamb Vindaloo (thawed already) from the package and simmer over medium heat in a skillet for about 5 minutes. Stir and turn off the heat.
Serve over a bed of rice. That's it!
