Amy's Kitchen Roasted Vegetable Pizza
What a super easy pizza to serve on this Meatless Monday, the 4th of July! We love everything about this pizza - the sweet and savory combination of the roasted vegetables and the perfectly moist, chewy crust. It's great "straight-outta-the-box", or with some vegan sausage and cheese.
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
1 Amy's Kitchen Roasted Vegetable Pizza
1 package Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausage (4 sausages total), sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package (8 oz) Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds (you will only need about ¾ package)
grapeseed oil for sautéing
1. Sauté the sausages with the mushrooms until just crispy. Add them to the top of the pizza. Add as much Daiya cheese as desired.
2. Cook at 425 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Enjoy!!
NOTE: The plain pizza is excellent as is. Try baking it and then cutting into small slices for a flavorful pita bread that you can eat with hummus!
