Amy’s Kitchen Quarter Pound Veggie Burgers are one of our favorite because they’re huge, have 20 grams of protein per burger and have a great texture. They come four to a pack and are easy to find in grocery stores nationwide. These are part of our "Straight Outta The Box" section of our book, The Vegan System because you don't need to mess around with them to get the flavor or texture right. We love that!

We also visited their first restaurant! Here is a video showing what we ate! You can find out more about their restaurant at www.AmysDriveThru.com.

1 Amy's Kitchen Quarter Pound Veggie Burger (they come four to a package)
1 Pretzilla Pretzel Bun (they also come four to a package)
Oil for sautéing (we use grapeseed oil)
Condiments and toppings of your choice. We used:
- Vegenaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Avocado
- Tomato
Prepare the burger according to the package instructions. No need to thaw first. We prefer to sauté for a few minutes on each side until crispy. Add your favorite condiments and toppings and enjoy!
